Lallemand Windsor English Brewing Ale Yeast, Danstar Windsor ale yeast originates from England. This yeast produces a beer that has an estery flavor and aroma with a fresh yeasty quality. It is known for producing full-bodied and fruity English ales. Depending on the ingredients and technique, this yeast demonstrates moderate attenuation that will leave a relatively high gravity (rich body). Optimum temperature range: 64°-70° F (18° - 21°C). Recommended Dosage: 0.035oz/33.8 fl. oz (1g/1L). This is equivalent to about 2 packs per 5 U.S. gallon (18.9L) batch. Net Weight: 0.39oz (11g)
