WLP715 Champagne Yeast: Classic yeast used to produce champagne, cider and dry wines. This is a clean, neutral yeast.

Alcohol Tolerance: 17%

Attenuation: >75%

Flocculation: Low

Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 21-24°C

Liquid Yeasts are shipped with ice in an insulated bag. We recommend using express post to ensure that the yeast arrives in peak condition.
