Flocculation: Medium to low
Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 18-22°C Lower temperatures (under 18°C will result in less fruity and more earthy beers.
Alcohol Tolerance: High
Liquid Yeasts are shipped with ice in an insulated bag. We recommend using express post to ensure that the yeast arrives in peak condition.
